2025 Year in Review

It has been an incredible year for us at Team Greenwald. We want to thank each dealer, manufacturer, end user, and so many more people for their wonderful support and partnership over 2025.

Let us tell you what made the year so special for us and how you all made an impact.

Greenwald Wrapped:

Join us to spend some time reviewing our greatest hits for the year. See our Greenwald Wrapped. Over the course of 2025, we had a banner year of:

Adding new partnerships to our portfolio – 5 in total!

Our team members visited two countries: Canada and Italy

Thousands of meetings were hosted.

Eight volunteer opportunities with our GGB program.

23 shows attended.

14 Chef Collabs.

We welcomed Kristy Budnick to the team, and she is a powerhouse! Incredible, sweet, and a sales mastermind; she is the perfect addition to the Greenwald Gang. She has a stunning sample facility in Michigan and in 2026, we plan to have our fourth showroom in Detroit so we can better serve the Michigan market.

Our Columbus office decided it was time for a surprise renovation when we had a shocking flood that lasted an entire weekend! The water seeped into the subfloor and that led us to brand new flooring and paint. We got an unwanted but welcome refresh! And let us tell you—the office looks spectacular!

We shared a lot of love this year with our Greenwald Gives Back program! Eight opportunities spanning the territory focused on providing meals for families facing food insecurity, helping survivors of human trafficking access resources, cleaning and stocking emergency overnight shelters, and so much more. It is a gift and a privilege to serve our communities and be helping hands!

We also partnered with some fantastic chefs this year with our chef collaboration program. It is always so much fun to see how our partnered chefs use our products to showcase their culinary masterpieces. It’s one of our favorite social media campaigns we host on our pages!

The greatest and final piece of the year has to be our Core Value winners, which were incredible additions to the year. Capping off each month, we celebrate our team members and share their wins with the team and on socials. We love sharing how they impact us within the company and with our industry partners. Our Core Value winners are the cherry on top of each month!

Let’s take a look at our highs from each month.

January: It was a fantastic start to the year by kicking off our 8th anniversary as a team and as a company. Eight years of kicking butts, selling plates, and learning everything there is to know about the foodservice industry. We also had our annual sales meeting, and to say it was a blast is an understatement. We learned, reviewed, and laughed during the day and at night… we took on the town with multiple hilarious and engaging rounds at Game Show Battle Rooms and finished the night at Tucci’s in Bridge Park. All around, it was a wonderful month!

February: A month with NAFEM, OneRepublic, and travel? What could get better? Our team graced the show floors with our infamous green-and-white Jordans at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Our team certainly had the time of their lives at the show and at the concert hosted at the Mercedes-Benz stadium! We were dazzled, the songs stuck in our heads for days!

March: The team took a trip to Monticello, Iowa, for an incredibly informative and exciting visit to Oak Street Manufacturing. Our team members learned that outfitting a restaurant, bar, or commercial space with the right furniture makes all the difference. Oak Street Manufacturing delivers high-quality, durable, and stylish furnishings that stand up to daily use. Their extensive product line includes tabletopstable baseschairsbarstoolsbooths/benchesoutdoor furniture, and casework, offering solutions for nearly any design need.

April: We added a brand-new manufacturer to our line card: Hospitality Brands. Hospitality Brands has incredibly stunning glassware ranging from wine glasses to bespoke tumblers. They even have an Unbreakable Drinkware line that’s so clear, you can see straight through it. This has been a welcome addition to the Greenwald Sales and Marketing product offering.

MayThe National Restaurant Association kicked off its annual show with flair and style. We walked over 840,000 steps, gave away some Jordans, and had an incredible time meeting with industry friends and colleagues. We love Chicago and enjoy going to the show each year! It’s such a nice way to jump into the summer.  Our manufacturers launched some outstanding products: Front of the House showcased Onda and Smart Buffetware Eastern Tabletop showed off their stunning buffetware Ferris Wheel in gold, TableCraft displayed their Q2 Product LaunchAnchor Hocking and Corelle presented their latest and greatest in drink and dinnerware, Hospitality Brands had a stunning booth showcasing the three main pillars of the business: (1) glass drinkware – Alchemy European crystal and Legend barware, (2) Bold Crystal Sapphire polycarbonate drinkware and decorware, and (3) Tailor Made, and finally, Zafferano presented new colors in their LED lighting category.

June: Our golf outing was the best event, by par, that we had all year! We dined, laughed, and had a lovely time together with our fantastic team members and our incredible manufacturing partners.  We also added MEPRA S.p.A onto our line card, rounding out our flatware offerings and adding some much-needed texture and color for our flatware collections. Another highlight of June was Melissa’s feature in FE&S Magazine! Melissa had the opportunity to speak about the state of being a manufacturer’s rep in 2025, including tariffs and the current market for the foodservice industry. How cool it is to be featured!

July: We launched an outstanding social media campaign that unleashed our inner superheroes and shared them with the world. The Kitchen Commanders took the foodservice world by storm, kicked the villainous tushy of Sal T. Pepper, and saved Tasteburgh.

Our favorite event in July was the Freedom A La Cart 2025 Eat Up Columbus gala that Melissa, Kate, Kris, and Sara attended. It was a beautiful night celebrating survivorship, courage, and freedom. We dined on thoughtfully crafted, curated dishes from renowned chefs such as BJ Lieberman, Jeni Britton, Jordan Anthony-Brown, Vinnie Cimino, and Kate Djupe. The night raised over 80k for survivors!

August: Le Creuset hosted their Rep Council in Charleston, SC., and Melissa was able to attend, it was an awesome time with other reps and Le Creuset. The colors were bright, the styles were bold, and the time was precious. What a wonderful chance to spend time with industry friends and learn more about our favorite French manufacturer!

September: National Food Safety Education month blog launched with an online edition of Ask Melissa, the foodservice industry’s version of Ask Abby! Melissa had so much fun answering hot-button food-safety questions and providing solutions alongside our manufacturers. Food safety and the proper tools for your operation go hand in hand!

October: A handful of our team members hopped on flights to Italy to attend Host Milano and visit our Italian manufacturers, MEPRA S.p.A and Ugolini. They wined, dined, and shopped their way through Italy and had the best time together. Chuck, Margie, Kris, and Melissa enjoyed their first team trip to Italy and loved seeing the factories. The gelato, pizza, bread, pasta, and wine were so good; the team wanted to bring home takeout!

Being able to witness flatware made right before their eyes was captivating, and learning about the intricacies of granita machines and bubblers was awesome. They even got to hobnob with a few industry friends from TableCraft, EcoBurner, Waring, Front of the House, Zafferano, and Churchill.

November: We celebrated a warm, lovely Thanksgiving holiday with amazing tools and kitchen gadgets from our manufacturers. It was a sweet and precious time with our wonderful families as we gathered to remember and to be thankful for all the blessings of the year.

December: We launched our annual 12 Days of Giveaways campaign, and it was a smashing success! Each holiday season, we love to give back to our industry partners to thank them for their support and partnership over the year. We were able to give away some impressive prizes, including TVs, Beats headphones, Le Creuset Dutch ovens, Visa gift cards and more.

Our team also hopped on a flight to Dallas for a Mercer training with CFS Brands. They had an excellent time chatting with friends, learning more about Mercer products, and exploring Dallas.

All in all, it was a banner year with so many highlights! We cannot wait to see what 2026 brings for our team.

Happy New Year!
